General

What is Fido Anti Bark?

FIDO anti bark are a range of ultrasonic sound based bark controllers for various breeds of dogs and sizes. These devices are based on extensive research by our FIDO researchers and are manufactured under license by some of our third party partners.

Does FIDO anti bark really work?

Yes! FIDO anti bark devices is totally effective in stopping your barking dog, your neighbors’ barking dog, training puppies not to bark, deterring barking dogs on camping trips and many more.

Note: If the dog is deaf or hearing impaired, he will not reset to any bark control device.

Also, some dogs may not be responsive to ultrasonic correction.

What is the effective range for the FIDO anti bark device?

There are 3 levels of ultrasonic intensity on our devices, which produces different effective range.

  • First Level:   Up to 15 feet.
  • Second Level:   Up to 30 feet.
  • Third level:   Up to 50 feet.

Try to ensure there are no walls or heavy obstacles in between device and dog as ultrasonic sounds do not travel well through solid objects including glass.

Also, the effectiveness is reduced in windy conditions.

Are your products painful to barking dogs and training dogs?

Our anti bark device produces an ultrasonic output that is 115 dB at 0.5 meter reference and is therefore harmless to barking dogs and very useful for training dogs.

Additionally, it is important to note that sound pressure level is well below the threshold levels to cause pain to dogs. This frequency range is at 25 + or – 2 KHz; humans can hear to about 14 KHz, dogs as high as 40 KHz.

Will ultrasonic sounds harm humans?

No. Our device uses low-intensity ultrasonic, its silent to humans and not harmful in any way.

Can a dog become desensitized to the ultrasonic sound?

There are some situations where dogs have become desensitized to ultrasonic sounds in general. To avoid this, only turn the FIDO bark control on during periods of unwanted barking.

This will help in ensuring dogs do not get desensitized to the no bark device.

Is it legal to use FIDO anti bark devices?

Absolutely YES! Unlike shock collars, ultrasonic sounds are not considered cruel to dogs or humans in any way.

Orders

What exactly happens after ordering?

All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Can I cancel my order?

Definitely yes. Just send an email to [email protected] with the order number in the subject line requesting for cancellation. However, once an order has been shipped it can not be cancelled.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, AMEX et.c. More payments options will be displayed on the checkout page.

How secure is shopping with FIDO Anti Bark? Is my data protected?

Transaction processing through our site is handled by our trusted PCIDSS level 1 compliant company. So all transactions that pass through their systems only and are automatically afforded the highest level of security in online payments.

I have not received an order confirmation, what do i do?

If 24 hours has passed and you haven’t received an order confirmation, kindly send an email to [email protected] requesting order update.

Shipping

How long will delivery take?

Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the ETA is 1 -14 working days for any items that may ship from any of our international warehouses to our customers in the US and International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.

Do you offer shipping guarantees?

Yes we do. our guaranteed delivery time frame is 30 days after which If you have purchased anything from us, but didn’t receive it within this time frame, you can get a full refund.

However, we have never given any of our customers a reason to wait more than 14 days for their orders at most.

Why have I not received my items yet?

Order status are usually updated via tracking number(s) which will be issued to you once your order has left our warehouse.

You will always be in the know about your item’s status.

 

What happens when the item received is dead on arrival?

Quality checks are performed on all orders being shipped out to our customers.

However, if you happen to received an item that is dead on arrival, kindly send us proof of this, you may be eligible for a replacement.

What if I didn't receive my order?

If our shipping guarantee time frame has passed and you still haven’t received your order, you may be eligible for a full refund.
