Our Guarantees

If you didn’t receive your product or it is significantly different to the description, we guarantee to refund your payment within 14 days.

In order to protect all customers and ensure that all returns, refunds and exchanges are handled fairly, FIDO Anti Bark may require a receipt or decline your return, refund or exchange in some situations, such as:

  • Products that were not bought directly from FIDO Anti Bark – like from a thrift store.
  • Products that have been defaced, used or not in its original packaging.
  • Products with missing labels.
  • Products without receipts.
  • Products that have been lost or damaged to the point where they aren’t usable.
  • Products that don’t work on your dog- The product will not work on deaf or hearing impaired dogs, also some dogs may not be responsive to ultrasonic correction.
  • We also can not issue a refund if you simply change your mind about the product.

Returns accepted if product not as described, buyer pays return shipping fee; or keep the product & agree refund with us. Kindly contact us as we are always willing to work things out and find a perfect solution to your situation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
